RenovaQ works with a small number of specialised suppliers rather than one warehouse, so shipping time and return/warranty terms are set per product — not as one blanket store policy. Each product page shows its own shipping estimate and warranty terms, right where you're deciding whether to buy it.

Look for the shipping badge on the product page — it tells you what to expect for that specific item before you order. If an order contains more than one product, each item may ship separately and arrive at a different time, since they can come from different suppliers.

Warranty and return terms also vary by product and are shown on that product's page (manufacturing defects and shipping damage are handled according to those terms). If you received a damaged or faulty item, or the wrong item, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Tracking your order: use the tracking form on the homepage with your order code to see live status for every item in your order.
